Weather in Bavaria

 So far, for the past several years we have gone, September seems to have great weather and rather warm and sunny. You can often wear shorts and it can feel like early summer in Boston at this time of year over there. Shorts, T shirts, maybe a light sweater or jacket should be brought just in case, but you can generally pack very light. Then again it could always rain and be drizzly the whole time, so we would just drink in the tents! Best to prepare for both scenarios.
Munich and the area has a lot to do, and the place is really charged up during the fest. This place is everything the Topsfield Fair should be and wayyyy more! You will be absolutely amazed at how awesome Oktoberfest really is and blown away by everything you see.
